Project Management Professional ( PMP )

OVERVIEW

 

This course leads the student to have an understanding of the nine project management knowladge areas and the five process groups, and ability to distinguish  between core and facilitating processes of project managament and the diferences between qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, and when it is appropriate to use each type of analysis, and also help student to build the ability to manage conflict on the project team and among stakeholder, along with common communication issues and how to resolve them.
